Item Stuck at Kolkata Airport Sorting Office
My parcel from China is stuck at Kolkata airport sorting office since 21/08/2015.
There is no movement in the tracking details when checked via various tracking sites (http://www.17track.net/en/result/post-details.shtml?nums=RI597997727CN). This is an unreasonable delay and is very unprofessional on part of Kolkata Airport sorting office. Kindly help me in getting the process expedited and parcel delivered.

I am to inform you that on 28.05.2011 I recieved my luggage( trolley) in torn condition at Kolkata airport after my arrival there from Bangkok.When I claimed for that at the kolkata airport, the concerned officer gave me this email id to claim.
