I purchased my battery from advance on 12-12-2011, on [protected] i had to have someone jump me off. So i took it to the store to be tested., The claimed it had to be charged up, and that it take 1-2 hours. I left my car there for them to charge The battery. To my dismay, on9-24-2014 i could not crank my car, had to jumped off again. I took it back to advance with the hope of having the Battery replaced. Well thr guy checked it and said it need charging again, but the battery is testing fine, therefore, we can not replace it whats the use of having warranty if it can't be used..
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
