AD Banker / Stay away

The book material is MISSING a majority of information required for the state test. AD Banker is well aware of this.

After studying for several months, the employees then provided the on-line training. However, the on-line training does not make sense and very, very sloppily put together and confusing. I have found the on-line training offers more information of what's on the test BUT in poor and confusing format. It's not really worth trying to figure out what they're trying to tell you.

I've tried to contact AD BANKER owners several times. However, the customer service and employees stone wall ya - throw all their problems back at me, as though I'm the problem.

The only way to pass the test is take a prep-course through another school that costs 129.00 / day.

They'll tell you that AD Banker has an 80% pass rate. However, that's because students find out later they have to attend the other school and take a 129.00 test prep class offered there.

AD Banker is a RIP OFF. Worst problem is, they know there is a problem with the book material and refuse to advise the customers. Therefore, you can study your BUTTs off for a long time and find you really are missing most the information required for the test.

Who ever wrote there California book material should be FIRED AND SUED

    I completely concur with every thing Adam states. Apparently AD Banker has not updated ANY THING because his post from November 2010 is EXACTLY my complaint today January 11, 2012!! I have several licenses and this was the WORST material I have ever seen for an exam. They have DECEPTIVE marketing practices about bogus guarantees as well.

    While taking the continuing education courses I've found that the information given hasn't been updated. Non the less I passed. However, after taking 3 exams, not a single credit was applied to my course history. I've completed the required course successfully 5 different times and not a single credit has been applied. I'm so upset and completely stressed out by these people. I don't know what to do. But I appreciate them taking my money and providing inadequate information on a system that doesn't work appropriately. Much thanks!!!

    I have studied ad for 40 hours plus. Still getting a 68average on the comprehensive. save your money.

    Barely passed the P&C license after taking AD Banker online platinum prep course. Worked well over the required 52 hours, marked 82% on my last AD Banker online comprehensive examination. The real examination has a lot of areas AD Banker does not prepare you for. I was shocked to be asked questions on topic I had never heard of! I used my common sense to answer to a lot of questions. I'm glad I passed, but it is very frustrating. Shy away from AD Banker.

    I bought the online course from AD Banker for Life & Health for CA. The pre-purchase promo materials and initial online course materials indicated that I had a 1-year license to use their course materials. I made my purchase on Nov 11, 2015. Very rudely last night as I was studying, it suddenly shut down, letting me know my course had expired and that now I owe them an additional $29.95 to renew for another 30-day period. This just doesn't seem right. Did I totally miss the "fine print" or otherwise misinterpret the promo materials or was I baited and switched??? I've been wrong before so please correct me if I am this time. Additionally, as the course has progressed, it has become increasingly sloppy with words transposed, conflicting info given between printed and video lessons and even the video lessons being messed up 1/2 the time with the on-camera talent "avatar" being placed directly in front of text builds that were or would have been germane to the training content. A call to AD Banker resulted in them telling me they would take my $ again. Thanks very much, AD Banker - for little-to-nothing! Not a good value!!!

    It's 2016 and nothing has changed. I've been notifying them of errors and internal inconsistencies in the material and have been told several times that they appreciate it and have corrected the problems. Not true.

    Worst educational experience I've ever had. I wasted a month.

    You start with a confusing website but that's your fault- not theirs. Then when you get to try to untangle the mess, you get to experience their "customer service". Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
