1000Bulbs.com — Poor product quality, poor customer service
I ordered $40 worth of specialty bulbs from 1000Bulbs.com. Within a few weeks, almost half of them had burned out (3 of 7 bulbs). I called the company, but they would not give me replacements or a refund. They know that this product is defective (a lot of the reviewers on their own site have left negative reviews), but they continue to see a faulty item, and will not stand behind their product.
