Commercial Loan Broker Institute Company is misleading and is a scam

This company claims that they have classes that are sold out every month yet they cannot provide me with three references to talk to. They do a hard sell and and are very shady when a asked specific questions like how long they have been around. These guys have not been in business but only a couple of months. They call me now 4 times a week to put a hard sell on me and it is getting annoying. I would stay away from this group.
