Color Creation Collision Center review: Body shop

I dropped my truck off at Color Creation Collision Center at 6101 S high ave Okc ok 73129 around 10:00 a.m. on03/22/2022 I called the owner Manuel Hoffman and he told me to leave the keys in the gas tank and he would be there to get my truck and he was going to text me his e-mail so I could send him the estimate I never heard from him for about two weeks no one would ever answer the phone my insurance adjuster called several times and nothing so the adjuster went there on April 4, 2022 to find that nothing was done to my truck other than the bumper being taken off and sat in a puddle of water. I went there my truck was on flat and nothing had been done to the car other than the bumper on the ground. I called Manuel and I asked him what was going on he said that they were working on it, although there was no proof that anything had been done. I called and he did not answer. It took three weeks to speak with him after dropping off my truck. I went to him over and over he made many promises that my truck would be fixed and it never was. I went to him and told him to put my truck back together and I was taking it somewhere else and he got mad and then made up that I owed him 1700$ and he wasn't going to give me my truck and he also promised to pay for the rental since he had not fixed my truck he gave me enough for two days and I was suppose to go back and he was going to pay the reminding balance for the rental and he was going to give me a rental and none of that happened I called the police and he would not help they said I had to file a small claim on him and I also kept calling him and the clerk for my insulin and my sons ADHD medication and they will not respond. I have been sick and unable to work to get the money to take him to court.
