My father passed away at the end of March and I filed a claim on April 11th. I provided all the documents that were requested that same day. The claims department told me that a check would be mailed out to me on April 16th. It now has been 4 months and I still have not received a check. I have called every week since April 16th and spoke to several different people, each one saying the same version of [censored]. Some of these costumer service representatives even go as far as pretending to be a different person when I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, changing their name when they pick up after I've been on hold. I have gotten no where and nothing has been done regarding my claim. I am beyond irritated and have been put into a financial hardship because of their lies and blatant unprofessionalism.
