Hello

Coldstu3 was meant to collect my vehicle between 10-11 today .He called me last minute that he can not do the job today because he was involved in an accident.I told prior to accepting his quote that I should receive the vehicle latest on Tuesday .I called him so many times and he would not accept video call because really wanted to find out wether he was involved in an accident but was declining my calls .The next thing was being verbally abusive towards me using the F language and has asked me to cancel the job.I would like to request for a refund for the deposit that I paid and going to claim for the storage charges incase I incur costs

Desired outcome: Refund or find me another person who can do the job ASAP
