Club Sunset Group review: Scam, Rip off

I had a different time share with another company and Sunset said they would pay it off. I was continuing to pay the other company. Sunset told me they would take the difference from what I was paying the other company and apply it to their payment and then I would only need to pay the difference. This started in October 2022 through February/March 2023. I would send them copies of my bank statements to prove that the other company was still being paid. They recently sent me a letter telling me that I was 5 months behind and I needed to prior to April 25, 2023 and they would waive all of the late fees. I wondered how could that be when I have been paying the difference.

This company is ripping people off and there should be a full investigation into their tactics and operations. Do not trust anything they tell you.

Take the free stuff if they give it to you but don't waste your time on listening to the presentation or taking the tour. They actually get mad at you when you don't buy into their scam. It's an all day process and no one should have to go through that while on vacation.
