Purchased an Electric Lawn Mower at Home Depot, in September 2023, machine didn't start, took it to A&Z lawn mower repair, Lexington SC for repair work. Case number [protected], they stated they are waiting on Club Cadet engineers for advice to repair. tried calling but only answer I have been getting is "we are at a company meeting to call back later" been trying calling back all day bad customer service from club cadet. it been over two months with no results on a brand new mower.
