Purchased an Electric Lawn Mower at Home Depot, in September 2023, machine didn't start, took it to A&Z lawn mower repair, Lexington SC for repair work. Case number [protected], they stated they are waiting on Club Cadet engineers for advice to repair. tried calling but only answer I have been getting is "we are at a company meeting to call back later" been trying calling back all day bad customer service from club cadet. it been over two months with no results on a brand new mower.
Claimed loss: not being able to use mower
Desired outcome: fix or replace mower
trying to get some information on my lawn mower repairs, was told to call the following numbers [protected] and [protected], been dialing all day both numbers, recording informs me company in a meeting too call back later. been calling all day, that's one hell of a meeting.
brought the mower from home depot in September 2023.

took lawn mower to A&Z Lawn more repair service, Lexington SC, because mower under warranty.
they are waiting on Club cadet engineers to tell them what they been to do to correct the problem.
I have been trying to contact Club Cadet numerous times but all I have been receiving is a message of " we are having a company meeting, to call back later" I have tried numerous times, same message. hope this is the information you listed as missing
