I recently made a purchase from Cleobella's online store, shop.cleobella.com. I was really excited to receive my dress, which cost me a total of $269.70. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when, after just 13 days, I discovered that the dress was ripped. It was such a letdown!

To make matters worse, when I reached out to Cleobella about the issue, they showed no interest in helping me out. It was as if they couldn't be bothered to lift a finger and take care of their customers. This kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business.

I must say, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Cleobella. It's disheartening to spend a significant amount of money on a product only to have it fall apart so quickly. And to top it off, the lack of customer support from Cleobella is truly disappointing.

I would strongly advise against shopping at Cleobella if you value quality products and good customer service. It's a shame that such a promising purchase turned out to be such a letdown. I hope that Cleobella takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their business practices.

I recently made my first purchase from Cleobella, ordering two pairs of pants in different sizes - XS and S. I wanted to make sure I got the right fit since I was unfamiliar with their sizing. However, when my package arrived, I was disappointed to find that they had only shipped me the XS size and refunded me for the size S.

The XS pants turned out to be too small around the waist and the length was too short, even for someone of my average height of 5'7''. Frustrated, I decided to go online and initiate the return process. To my surprise, I discovered that I had to pay Cleobella $12.00 to ship the XS pants back to them.

I decided to give them a call and explain my situation, hoping they would waive the return fee. After all, if they had sent me both sizes as advertised, I would have gladly paid to return the smaller size. However, since they only shipped me the XS, I now find myself without the pants I need and having to pay them $12.00 just to return the one size they did send.

During the call, the customer service representative was polite and friendly, but unfortunately, they were unwilling to accommodate my request. I expressed my disappointment and explained that their lack of flexibility in this situation was unreasonable. However, it seemed that my concerns fell on deaf ears as they showed no interest in resolving the issue.

As a result of this experience, I have decided not to shop with Cleobella anymore. It is disheartening to encounter such inflexibility from a company, especially when the mistake was on their end. I had hoped for better customer service and a more understanding approach, but it seems that Cleobella is not concerned about losing a customer over their refusal to address a legitimate concern.
