ClassicCars Mixed Experiences with ClassicCars.com

As an enthusiast in the classic car industry, I've had mixed experiences with ClassicCars.com. While the platform offers a wide range of vehicles for sale and easy listing options, the overall customer service and effectiveness of listings have been inconsistent. Some users have reported issues with inaccurate listings and lack of responses to inquiries. However, there are positive stories of successful sales and satisfied customers. It seems that the platform's performance varies depending on individual interactions. If you're considering using ClassicCars.com, it's advisable to carefully manage your expectations and be prepared for potential challenges along the way.

ClassicCars Disappointed with ClassicCars' Security System for Selling My Car

So, I tried to sell my car on ClassicCars, but they didn't let me. I sent them pictures of my title, driver's license, and odometer, but they said it didn't pass their security system. I don't know why they won't let me sell my own car. It's frustrating because I really need to sell it.

ClassicCars Disappointing Experience with ClassicCars.com: Mistakes in Ads and Lack of Results

I gotta say, I've tried using ClassicCars.com a few times now and I've had some issues with their ads. They keep making mistakes in my ads, even though I'm just trying to sell my car for an average or lower price than most. And the worst part is, I haven't gotten any calls from potential buyers. It seems like they have too many money waiting classifications for the same item, like a Chevy C10 truck, which might have 7 different sites for the same thing. It's like they're just in it for the money and don't really care about getting results for their customers.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be using ClassicCars.com again. I think you're better off donating your fee to a good cause than wasting your time and money on their site. It's just not worth it.

ClassicCars ClassicCars Review: Rollercoaster Ride Buying a 1954 Ford F100

I just bought a 1954 Ford F100 from ClassicCars, and I gotta say, it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. The car was listed as being in great condition, but when it arrived, it was clear that the salesman had stretched the truth a bit. The steering column was a mess, the carburetor needed to be replaced, and there were issues with the bed bolts and air shock hoses. It was a bit of a mess, to be honest.

But, you know what? I'm not too upset about it. Sure, it was frustrating to have to deal with all of these issues, but at the end of the day, I got a pretty good deal on the car. And, honestly, I kind of expected there to be some issues with a car that's over 60 years old.

So, would I recommend ClassicCars? Well, it's hard to say. On the one hand, I did have some issues with the car I bought. But, on the other hand, the website itself is great. There are tons of cars to choose from, and the prices are generally pretty reasonable. Plus, the customer service was pretty good. They were responsive and helpful when I had questions.

Overall, I'd say that if you're in the market for a classic car, ClassicCars is definitely worth checking out. Just be prepared to do your due diligence and inspect the car thoroughly before you buy. And, of course, be prepared to deal with some issues if you do end up buying an older car. But hey, that's all part of the fun, right?

ClassicCars Reliable and Informative Dealer: Ron's Classic Cars

I gotta say, I was blown away by the amount of info I got from Ron over at ClassicCars. I bought a few cars from him and he was straight up honest with me. I could tell he was a reliable guy. The ads didn't even do the cars justice, they were even more awesome in person. If you're looking for a sweet deal from a dealer who knows everything about his rides, you gotta check out Ron's Classic Cars. He was so informative and knew the answer to every question I threw at him. This is the kind of dealer I wanna keep buying from.

ClassicCars Exceptional Experience: Purchasing a 1969 Mustang Mach 1 from Bobby's Classic Cars on ClassicCars.com

I just bought a 1969 Mustang Mach 1 from Bobby's Classic Cars on ClassicCars.com and I gotta say, it was a great experience. As someone who works overseas, I'm always on the lookout for the perfect car and I search car sites in both the US and Europe. But Bobby's Classic Cars had exactly what I was looking for.

What really stood out to me was Bobby's reputation. I heard great things about him online and from other traders in the business, so I felt confident in this transaction from the start. And throughout the entire process, Bobby made me feel like I was buying from an old friend instead of a car dealer. That's a rare thing these days.

I'm already thinking about my next purchase and there's no doubt in my mind that I'll be going back to Bobby's Classic Cars. Five stars all the way!

ClassicCars ClassicCars: Selfish and Self-Centered - A Review from a 30-Year Classic Car Veteran

I've been in the classic car game for over 30 years, and let me tell you, I've never dealt with a more selfish and self-centered company than ClassicCars. I recently sent in offers for 4 different vehicles, 3 of which were fair and reasonable, and 1 that was a bit of a lowball offer on a real clunker. The next day, I got a text from some idiot saying they couldn't accept my offer on the crappy car, but they didn't even acknowledge the other 3 offers I had made. What kind of business is that? Do they not understand the big picture here?

I usually do business with Gateway Classics, and let me tell you, they're the real deal. I've bought 5 cars from them in the last 3 weeks alone. But ClassicCars? They're just a bunch of blind, corrupt, sugarcoated losers. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them if you want to save yourself some headaches. Up yours, ClassicCars.

ClassicCars Disappointing Experience with ClassicCars: False Promises and Faulty Cars

I recently stumbled upon ClassicCars (classiccars.com) and was immediately drawn to a 1960 T-Bird that was listed on their site. The car was located at their St. Charles, IL location and I was eager to make it mine. The salesman, Dan Dugo, assured me that this was a rare and great car, and I trusted his word. I paid a hefty sum of $22,000 in good faith, excited to finally own my dream car.

However, when the car arrived, I was met with disappointment. The hauler who delivered the car showed me the numerous faults he had found at the dealership. In fact, there were a whopping 30 faults noted, and the dealer had even signed acknowledging them. To make matters worse, the hauler had to use up three of his batteries just to get the car started.

Since then, the car has not started up again and I am left with a pile of iron in my yard. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and it makes me wonder if this happens to all 80-year-olds or if it's just my luck.

Overall, my experience with ClassicCars has been less than satisfactory. While I was initially drawn to their site and the promise of rare and great cars, the reality of my purchase has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. It's disappointing to see a company that prides itself on vintage and classic cars fall short in delivering quality products to their customers.

ClassicCars ClassicCars Review: Paid $1,050 for Premium Listings, Listings Taken Down with No Refund

I gotta say, ClassicCars ain't no good. We thought we were doing the right thing by paying for listings on three of our classic cars. We wanted to make sure we didn't have to keep renewing and spending more money just to keep our cars up for sale. We paid a whopping $1,050.00 for three premium listings, but after two years, our listings were taken down by support. We were shocked when we got an email saying that our listings were flagged by their Safe-n-Secure software and that they were suspended.

We tried to get some answers from support supervisor Laura, but she told us that it was just random and that our listings wouldn't be put back up. Can you believe that? We paid all that money and now we can't even get a refund. That's just plain wrong. It's like they're trying to scam us out of our hard-earned cash.

I wouldn't recommend using ClassicCars to anyone. They're not trustworthy and they don't care about their customers. It's a shame because we really wanted to sell our cars, but now we're back to square one. Don't make the same mistake we did. Stay away from ClassicCars.

ClassicCars ClassicCars Review: Dishonest and Crooked Business Practices

I recently had an experience with ClassicCars (classiccars.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I called Lance to inquire about putting my car up for sale on their website. I wanted to make sure that the price I had in mind was reasonable, as I would have to drive six hours to get the car to them. I sent pictures of the car and everything seemed to be in order.

However, when I arrived at their location in Georgia after a long six-hour drive, I was met by two kids who didn't seem to know much about cars. They started to haggle with me on the price, trying to "Jew me down" by offering me much less than what I had asked for. I was there to have them sell my car, not to be taken advantage of.

I loaded up my car and called Lance to express my frustration. He told me to wait around and that he would call me back, but he never did. I wasted a day of work and put miles on my truck and trailer for nothing. It was insulting and a complete waste of my time.

I had told them what I needed for the price, and they had agreed to it. But when I got there, they tried to talk me into taking less so that they could make more money or sell it more easily. It was a dishonest and crooked way of doing business.

In conclusion, I would not recommend ClassicCars to anyone looking to sell their car. They may lure you in with promises of a good deal, but in the end, they will try to cheat you out of your hard-earned money. Stay away from these crooks.

ClassicCars Buyer Beware: My Negative Experience with ClassicCars

When it comes to buying a car from ClassicCars, it's important to be cautious and do your research. Don't just take the salesman's word for it - make sure to get an outside appraisal and have your mechanic take a look at the car and test drive it. It's also important to gather as much information as possible about the car's past life and mileage. Don't rely solely on the pictures and write-ups on the website.

Unfortunately, my experience with ClassicCars was not a positive one. I was told that the car I purchased had no problems, but that turned out to be far from the truth. The horn didn't work, the car was backfiring and idling at 2000 RPMs, the ignition switch was broken, and 6 out of 8 plugs were fouled. Additionally, both the transmission and oil were leaking, despite the salesman telling me multiple times that there were no leaks in the car. He even went so far as to say that the car ran great and that only the last two carbs needed to be rebuilt.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and care that ClassicCars seemed to put into the cars they sell. It's clear that they don't check everything thoroughly before putting a car up for sale. I would never deal with them again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

In fact, I'm currently putting together a case against them with the Better Business Bureau. It's important to hold companies accountable for their actions and make sure that other consumers don't have to go through the same negative experience that I did. So if you're considering buying a car from ClassicCars, make sure to do your due diligence and proceed with caution.
