City Global Express Courier review: My friend send me a birthday parcel

City global express courier this company they claim the company is in cape town and they phone me friday the 24th and want to hear when they can deliver the parcel for me and then I said I do not know I am busy on the moment so when I ask them is there any duty clearance fee and the just told me its r1950 so I have been scam a few times now and I said to them that I want them to deliver the parcel before I pay the duty clearance fee so I told her well what is my parcel box number and why is the duty clearance fee so high and that every other company delivered the parcel first before paying the duty clearance fee so why can't your company do the same so they said they will phone me on monday and I think this is a scam I am positive because there is no website about them so can anyone please help me
