The lady that owns this place offers facial waxing and manicure services to her clients. She only has a license as a hair stylist. Waxing is a very delicate procedure. If you don't know what you are doing, you can get an infection from the waxing. Many people have become permanently scared from someone that does not know what they are doing. Please do not have waxing done or your nails done here. They have no license.

Unfortunately this complaint was filed by a person who once rented a booth and could not get along with the owner, and decided to retaliate. She was not advertising the service, and did not understand that a nail touchup or a small removal of hair on someones lip would be an a big problem. This is no longer an issue. As for the gal who filed the complaint, don't you have better things to do then being vengeful?

tell her if she offers something that she doesn't have a license for she shouldn't offer it without a employee or another person with the license
