Cintas Corporation review: Over charges

We have been with Cintas since 3/10/25 under our current contract. Our per-week charges were approximately $13.00.

In October 2025, the charges increased to $25.96. We accepted this increase. However, effective August 2026, our charges have now increased to $55.39. When I contacted Rose Joseph of Cintas to request an explanation, he was very blunt and stated that these are the new charges and that if we do not agree, we can break the contract and will be responsible for paying damage charges.

This is not fair or reasonable. A charge increase from $13.00 to $55.39 in less than a year is excessive and unjustified.

Cintas has provided no valid explanation, documentation, or notice to support these increases. I request a full review of our account and contract, an explanation for these charges, and that the charges be corrected to reflect fair and reasonable pricing as per our agreement.
