I purchased a ring called the Colors of Beryl. It was suppose to have a Morganite stone that people mistook for pink diamond, 4 pear shaped beautiful Aquamarines, surrounded by diamonds. It looked great on TV. What I was send was washed out, nearly colorless stones. The diamonds are so tiny, they look more like millgraine. You can see blue in the Aquamarines, only if you go outside in bright sunshine wearing all blue. The Morganite, nothing to be desired. I wonder if Shop NBC has any quality control. I kept the ring if only to remind me to never purchase a stone from these two sources, again.

I lost a pink quartz stone of NYC2 jewelry on the third time I ever wore it. I bought it back in march without ins. I do not get on facebook. How can I get a hold of Chuck Clemency or someone from NYC2 to get ring repaired or to send the ring to them?

I too have been duped by defective merchandise, unfortunately after the 30 day limit. I am stuck with it. Evine live sure likes to sell but does not stand behind anything they sell, no more evine for me.

PS: TV is not a reliable medium to purchase high quality precious and semi-precious jewelry with varied jewel enhancements. It is, at most, a medium where one can purchase what is presented by both the vendor and, in this case, their partner in sales, Shop NBC, thinking it to be valuable; And as with most everything sold anywhere..."Buyer Beware" which necessitates a bit of education to know the basics about that which you are purchasing. When thousands of any design or item are being sold within minutes to many millions of viewers in any given presentation, on and off line, you should realize that each item sold is mass produced and not hand made just for you, and therefore...cannot possibly contain top quality stones when sold at costume jewelry prices. If, as you complain that yours was not as advertised, then you have the option of returning it, exchanging it, or as you chose; to keep it...Then you no longer have the option to complain!

If the ring is everything you say it is not...Why keep it when you have a 30 day money back return policy with each and every purchase on Shop NBC or any retail operation on or off TV. By keeping it you are accepting it as is while saying that you like it! If Chuck Clemency sells inferior quality jewelry, contrary to his on air and web site description (which are both enhanced by lighting and magnification, etc.) this is a felony as governed by the FTC and FCC re: False Advertisement plus Bait and Switch. Instead of making a feeble complaint here and keeping the "inferior quality" item that did not fit Chuck's description...In all fairness, you should have given both, Chuck and Shop NBC the opportunity to make things right by exchanging it for another ring to see if the one you got was perhaps a "mistake" if the exchanged item was indeed everything as advertised? I more than understand your complaint as I too have been victimized by Invicta Watch Company and Shop NBC who share the responsibility of false advertisement equally...I purchased 3 pave diamond watches that were advertised with a " Exclusive Patented Swiss Plating System" guaranteed never to tarnish...I spent over $1, 500 and after a yr they all began to tarnish and both Invicta and Shop NBC refuse to allow me to return them for money, credit or exchange aafter the 30 day return limit...Therefore, I think you should return your ring back to Shop NBC ASAP for a full refund unless you enjoy complaining and being stuck with, as you describe, an inferior item; A contradiction to what was presented and which you expected to receive as shown on both, TV and on line.
