I ordered some lights and everything went well. A couple of days later, the site dropped their pricing. After speaking with them they refused to refund the difference because "that's their policy" and "they do not know sales before they come out." This is a ridiculous policy and very customer unfriendly. The customer support team was nice but unhelpful in their claimed ignorance.
