Christian Libby review: package theft

During pandemic COVID-19 quarantine Christian Libby stole a misdelivered 50" 4K TV from his neighbor and then allegedly gave it away to someone else. He said he was entitled to it and has yet to replace the item or apologize for his behavior. After initial altercation, C. Libby approached the plaintiff at his residence 2x to defend his entitlement to said property.
