ChowNow review: This app sucks

Ordered food, an hour later the driver texted the restaurant could not make my order? Ordered off the menu, no changes? No more explanation, contacted Chow Now, they asked if I called restaurant? I didn’t order from restaurant I ordered from Chow Now. Had to have some back and forth before I got refund. They would like to take my money, but have none of the responsibility! Won’t use again.
