Choice Hotels International

Hello my name is Jeffrey Turner and my wife Monica cease, I recently stayed at the Rodeway Inn in Asheville N.C. for 2 nights. For the second day I had to request a new room. Im very discouraged with the shape of my room. First the air conditioner would not work blowing out warm air. Then I noticed the door to the room was missing large part of it at bottom and which room located by exit door in main hallway. So with a large portion of door gone made it impossible to sleep for noise from slamming door. Then shower head almost came out of wall and the wall was caving in also. The room was nasty, wall had old food and pillows with burn holes etc. Unfortunately my wife and I had to stay at this location in a room because the state broke a main water line in front of my home. With my job and her school we needed a close place to house to stay and somewhat cheaper than other hotels because wasn't budgeted in our expenses for this month and for us to experience this with already having our troubles was very discouraging and disappointed. I would never recommended choice hotels to anyone and plan on putting a review in online. Also I am going to contact the main headquarters of choice Hotels with same email and pictures. Until someone fixes this issue so no other family has to experience what I have.
