I bought a Roborock S5 on AliExpress. On November, 25th, 2020 I received a confirmation of my order, it was shipped from Poland, and I received it a few days later. After approximately three weeks the Roborock S5 started to report numerous errors (I have photos and videos taken). I contacted the Roborock Support Center (support@roborock-eu.com) on December, 25th, and I have, since then, exchanged numerous emails with them until December, 28th when they advised me to contact the seller and return the product. I have since then tried to contact the Chinese Superlife Store, but they are not answering, and when they do, they are not replying to my question, but only asks „What is the problem"- even though I have explained it and send numerous photos and copy of emails from the Support Center, to give evidence for my claims. The answers are mainly given by internet robots, but I have received two messages from live persons, however they seem to avoid the problem completely, and they are not answering my questions. AliExpress do not allow for complaints about sellers unless the complaint happens within two weeks, so I wonder: What can I do? I would either like to get my money back, or get a new one. I also want to warn future buyers about the Chinese Superlife Store as a seller, and AliExpress as a platform with a really bad customer support.
Desired outcome: Refund or a new product.
