Chillwell portable AC is not working, bad quality made in China ...don't bay this product online because is not worthen the money.
They take your money and send you a chip AC made in China and customer service never answer the phone for refund. I would not pay 10$ in the store for this product not $108 with shiping cost, perfect scam online
Stay away from "Chilwell if you don't want hours on the phone for refund because nobody answer and is very poor quality made in China ...cheap plastic etc
Desired outcome: I want my money back, but they don't answer the phone [protected]
I purchased a chillwell product I did not open it. They told me since I didn't want it when I received it to send it right back unopened. I did and paid $14 to have it sent back to them. UPS I've waited over a week for my $85 to come back. I've tried to reach them. Their phone is continually busy and all their emails come back as being full. They can't take my email.
