Chickem Express on Altamesa Blvd Fort Worth Texas review: Service and food

I had a very bad experience with this fast-food restaurant. On Alta mesa. they didn't put any gravy in our meals. and the GM manager told us to bring back the cold food and they can remake it and give us our money back. First, we had no gravy but that was the whole point of the tenders. And the girl that answered the phone was very rude and then Steve. Was even more rude. How does he think we are going to find time to bring back the food when we are working. Then we just throw that cold food in the trash there was no point eating something that had no gravy and was super cold. I will be letting everyone know how awful our experience was. and how rude the mangers are at this location. They should not be allowed to be managers at any location. They need a lot more training then anything else.
