For some reason, Chicago Title Insurance is now listed as the company holding my property's title, instead or in addition to the original Nextitle. My ex-husband, Michael McClure, and I, Kelly Phoenix, are and always have been equal co-owners of our marital property: 7738 Long Lake Court SE. This property has recently changed it's public ownership to say that I am now a "previous owner" as well as an "heir". I suspect that there is a fraudulent and forged quitclaim deed being held by Chicago Title. CTI is refusing to respond to my inquiries. I need this fixed.

Desired outcome: I need evidence of this apparent quitclaim deed as well as a rationale for why and when CTI became involved in this property. There is a lawyer representing me in this issue regarding the sale of this property.
