Chicago Sun-Times review: Complaint

I had a subscription to the paper for a short period of time. For months after I stopped service, I still received many calls and mailings. I've spoken to numerous people on multiple occasions including upper management and supposedly the "highest person" I could talk to, Anita, who guaranteed me on two of the occasions (since it hadn't stopped the first time) that the marketing would be stopped. Yet, I'm still getting marketing via mail and calls. I called again, for a third time, and was told I need to speak with her again. I requested to speak to the person above her, since she hasn't solved my problem twice now and was told she is THE person to fix this.
