So, I ordered a bunch of stuff from Chic.com and I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with what I got. A lot of the stuff I got wasn't even close to what was pictured on the website. Like, what's up with that? I mean, I know things can look a little different in person, but this was just ridiculous. And now I gotta go through the hassle of returning everything. Ugh. Chic.com is a website that sells clothes for people who are on the smaller side. If you live in the United States, it can take almost a whole month for you to get your clothes. If something is wrong with your order, they won't give you your money back. It's like they're trying to trick you out of your money. I won't be ordering from them again in the future. Thank goodness I only spent $60. They kept sending me pictures of clothes to buy, but I waited to see how my first order turned out. Just as I expected, it wasn't good quality and it was too small.

I recently made a purchase on Chic.com and was disappointed with the sizing and style of the clothes. However, the site advertised an "easy return" policy with a 30 day return window. When I reached out to their support team, I was met with resistance as they claimed the return process was too expensive and complicated.

I reminded them that I was entitled to a refund and that PayPal made returns easy. Despite my efforts, they continued to play the clock and after 8 exchanges, they informed me that the 30 days had passed and I was no longer eligible for a refund.

I recently made a purchase from Chic on 6/19/2021 and received my order on 7/13/2021. I was disappointed with the delivery time as I had ordered from other vendors around the same time and received them within 7 days or less. The website claims that they are based in California, but I am not sure if that is true or not.

I tried to contact the company multiple times via email, but only received responses telling me to wait longer. One email even suggested that I contact the shipper myself. I was frustrated with the lack of communication and the long wait time.
