Charting Creations review: Order refund

On January 18th 2022 I ordered 2 items from Charting Creations Order # 14514

1. Printed chart for cross stitch $19.00

2. 20cm QH Bars $ 71.99. Totaling in $100.94.

I received shipping conf. # 9261290298432003924494

per tracking items were shipped, but never arrived.

Package was returned to sender after 1 month of staying in sorting facility.

Contacted them 3 times, left massages 3 times at [protected] but no respond, no items, no refund until today.
