Charles Stone Mechanical review: Terrible management

I worked for this company for a year. Every month I received a performance bonus. I received several customer appreciation calls that were sent to the office. I never took a sick day. I volunteered to work when others didn't. And I was told I was an asset to the company. Then unexpectedly one day after working a full 11-hour shift I was called to the office and I was fired. The reason for firing was for use of the company vehicle as personal use, when I was given permission to sometimes use the company vehicle. I was giving a promotion one month after being hired, I was made service manager of the plumbing department which was still growing. One month later I was replaced by the operations managers friend. This happened several times and several different apartments suffered the same fate. Loyalty does not matter, hard work does not matter, I had the highest revenue every single month out of all the employees and that didn't matter. What matters is if your buddies with the management. I felt like I should make a post so that others should know so they will not suffer the same fate. I was told so many times that I was an asset not just an employee. I would hate for someone to dedicate their entire life scheduling to a company they believe has their back and then turns out they will throw you away at any moment.
