Champion Window Company of Atlanta review: Incorrect order

On 03-04-2022 I was entered into a contract by Mr. C W with Champion Windows of Atlanta to have installed 4 double hung windows with grids at My home in Decatur GA., after careful scrutiny of the contract I realized that non of the windows were listed to include grids also one window was listed as a picture window, my house does not have a picture window. I went to Champion's DeKalb Tech Parkway location within the 3 day cancellation period where I met with Mr. C W and where he drew up a new contract for 4 double hung windows with grids, Mr. C W then voided the original contract, Mr. C W then assured me that grids were included in the original price. Some weeks later someone came out to take measurements. following that I was given an installation date of 06-15-2022 on that date the installers showed up with windows without grids, after I declined to have the improperly outfitted windows installed the installers remarked that they could install the windows now and return with grids later, I again declined they then called their supervisor who then called me, the supervisor insisted that the voided contract was the valid one, he requested and was sent a picture of the new corrected contract, after some time and a call back or two later he agreed that the corrected contract was the valid one and apologized for the mix up, I was told to expect new windows with grids in another eight weeks, 08-10-22 was the end of the 8 weeks, I have since, despite all efforts not been able to get in contact with anyone at Champion windows to discus this matter and I am always referred to no avail to the installation supervisor,08-24-2022. [protected] today I gave the loan company a call after 10 days as requested, to follow up on my complaint of champion's handling of this matter I was told there was no response to date,
