Cedar Garden Food Imp. & Exp. Inc review: Perishable food had no exp. date

I had cans of Chick Peas in my pantry I was about to eat. checking exp. date I found no exp. date on cans. Contacted the company that distributed that was listed on the can on 11/18/2022 and spoke with rep. who provided me no expiration date but said he will check and call me right back. no call back, so I called again on 11/22/2022 and spoke with rep. Ahmad who admitted to speaking with me the first time on 11/18 and again he promised to call me back. I was never contacted or provided expiration date on product which I heard in the past to cause Lysteria.
