CCi Hotel Reservatons review: Hotel room

I booked a room at Hampton Inn St Charles Mo. I made a mistake for one night and cancelled then booked again same mistake cancelled it then booked it for correct 2 night stay. when I got credit card statement I was charged for the cancellations for about $500.00 dollars. Even though I stayed those nights. It was just a typing error. I gave the credit card company all the information for a disput but could not get money back. CCi is a scam service.
