If I could have given no stars I would have. Where to start with this terrible service, first I had to send at least 10 mails for them to add my mag box mac address which took 4 days. And then once they replied it was done no channels were loading. So then I had to wait some more days, for them to reply that it doesn't actually work on my mag 254 box! But of course that isn't specified anywhere on their site. So now I ask for my money back and with the 30 day money-back guarantee they have posted everywhere, but this is just a scam because they answer they can't refund a working product? But it doesn't actually work...
So please stay away there are plenty of good and honest services elsewhere (IPTV shop is a bit more expensive but I know why now).

Situation resolved service up and running so am happy with cccambox response
Got the matter all sorted today so I'm up and running and quiet happy
I paid the invoice as requested got a receipt and sent my details for activation but nothing happened and now they won't even reply to my tickets. I'm at a loss as to why they won't even reply
