= Catts Self Storage are in the business of Fraud and Corruption and they also Discriminate against people like me with multiple Disabilities whom forced me to vacate Illegally.
= the MANAGERS manipulate and cover-up key aspects of my communication before passing onto Owner/Board Directors - are usually the SAME people in cover-up mode and/or have something to Hide.
= All Catts Storage staff have ZERO People skills and ZERO Consideration skills and ZERO Empathy skills.
= MANAGERS have ZERO leadership attributes which is mandatory for ANY Manager role in ANY industry. In ANY Industry, people who make EXCUSES ONLY with NO ACTIONS, are usually the same people that are either LYING and/or covering up from their own INCOMPETENCIES.
= All Catts Storage staff are NOT COMPETENT to solve AND resolve problems due to INABILITY to think Laterally OUTSIDE the box.
= Catts Self Storage are NOT professional and as an organisation they are just NOT good enough MANAGENEBT in ANY industry.
= Catts Self Storage MANAGERS TONE towards me was condescending AND offensive AND insulting towards me as a person, as well as towards my intelligence
= all Catts team STAFF are ALWAYS closing the doors when someone is IN the respective building, because your staff are NOT using their brains / common sense as they also REPEATEDLY stalking/spying on me AND harassing / interrogating me.
= this is CLEAR evidence that the Catts team STAFF are EXCESSIVELY SPYING on Customers when they are in complex, hence, this is serious ABUSE of CCTV system and ABUSE of any individual's privacy.
= also There are serious DOUBLE-STANDARDS issue WITHIN Catts Self Storage and also there is obvious a very clear LACK of Loyalty to good/reliable Customers.
= there is clear evidence of Catts Self Storage penalising Customers AND taking advantage of Customers whom have SMALL amount contents and use SMALLER lockers like myself as well as clearly a " money grabbing scheme " by the Managers of Catts Self Storage.
= there are multiple other neighbouring and equivalent self storage complexes in same and neighbouring suburbs that are charging at least $50 cheaper for same size units. Therefore, Catts Self Storage claims that they are price competitive is all complete Lies and Falsely leading the public and customers.

Recommendation: Avoid & Boycott Catts Self Storage = Shop Around as there are nearby Multiple Storage complexes charging up to Half the rates cheaper compared Catts Self Storage.
