We purchased an Egyptian Mau kitten from Emily Nordstrom at Cats N Frogs cattery. We have a contract that states that the kitten is vaccinated for numerous things including Feline Herpes (Rhinotrachitis) . He came home sick and has been sick for months. We had him tested and he is positive for Feline Herpes. Also, we have not received his papers. We paid lots of money for a healthy papered kitten and we have gotten neither. We were told the papers would come after his neuter. That was 2 months ago. She refuses to refund any money and will have to go to court at this point. I looked for complaints against this breeder before purchase but found nothing. All the other kittens will be positive from this facility. If you bought a kitten from her since October 2010 please post on here. This animal cruelty must stop!

I bought a flame point Persian from Emily Nordstrom about 4 yrs ago and I have never seen a cat act the way this one did. It wud hiss at me and scratch me everyday so naturally I called Emily to see what I could do about it and I got nothing from her. So then I tried to stick it out until I could not deal any more so I called her again and begged her to give me any advice or even to return the kitten so it could go to the right home. I figured she would care weather or not this cat went to the local shelter but that is when she quit answering my calls and never returned them either. It states clearly on the website she will stay in contact and she definitely did not do that and I am still hurt by this situation never knowing what happened to that cat. So sad I also bought my first Persian from her and he is great but did have feline herpes
