Castaways vacation club stole $8, 500.00 from my wife and I because we never got any good deals like they said in the sales pitch, plus we had to pay a service fee of $199.00 a year. We got better deals from expedia and cancelled our agreement back in 2014. Now they are trying to charge us $1, 353.00 for past due fees from 2015-2020. They said that our contract was not terminated and they won't terminate it unless we pay them for the over due fees. They are a rip-off and I would steer clear of this con job of a company or you could lose as much $10, 000.00 or more! I'm disgusted with this company, their fraudulent business practices, and their lies. You won't save anywhere near the money that they say you will. Do not join castaways vacation club or you will be sorry not to mention the thousands of dollars you will lose. I want to file a class action lawsuit against them but need more people to join the lawsuit. If anyone feels the same way please call joe zutic at [protected].

Hi, I would like to join your lawsuit. I joined so long ago that I can't really remember when, I did pay the yearly fee every other year in the beginning because I knew I would be taking a vacation. As it happened I did not use them because they could not offer the best deal. I would request a price and they would check but there was never a real deal. I eventually stopped paying the yearly fee and not using them. Now they have been calling me and threatening me with $995 to get out of the travel club. They never lived up to the deal and they never said this was like a time-share when I initially paid. I was told I was buying into a travel agency. They explained that I basically owned part of a travel agency. This has turned out to be a scam that does not deliver on its promises.
