Is this one of your TRUSTED casinos?

On Tuesday, October 18, I withdrew 5000.00 after winning 8000.00 so I wagered 3000.00 of my winnings on this site. I did not claim any bonuses.

On Thursday I contacted the casino to inquire about my withdrawal and this is what I was informed: I have also taken screen shots so there is no discrepancies. I have also taken screen shots of my pending withdrawal with the name of the casino and date, etc.

Yes, normally the Payments release the funds at 12 midday. If your funds have not released in an hour that means we will release it tomorrow at 12 (the next batch).

TODAY, I am told that my funds have been held for 63 hours yet the pending period is supposed to be ONLY 48 hours. FURTHER, I was informed that they will not process my winnings until next week OCTOBER 24!

This is very upsetting. I have been with Casino Rewards for many years but you can bet this will be my last time. Very quick to take your money but will you actually get anything if you win?

Desired outcome: I wish to receive my winnings in a timely manner!
