December 2020 wife gave a gift certificate for Casco Bay Inn, due to events of that year and later health issues, not able to use. Started last year (2024), called to make reservations and use gift certificate, was told certificate couldn’t be used. The CB Inn had been sold, later found out that it had been sold twice, they have no record of any gift certificate. Called multiple times asking questions trying to resolve issue. Having plans to travel to Me, I stopped at CB Inn to speak to them, with copy of certificate,was told it wouldn’t be horored.
