Cary Crist Home Care Alf review: Complaint

November 30, 2022 I was withdrawing my family member from here because I am moving and when I got there she was locked out of the room and all her belongings were put in boxes and trash bags left by the front door. At this place they only speak Spanish but I only speak English, my husband speaks Spanish as well as the person I had there and when I knocked on the door they practically threw her out because they were having inspections done that morning. I had bought new clothes for her because she lost a lot of weight and they all have her name in them and several dresses and such were missing and when I called they said they did not have them and I was told by a gentleman that spoke English as he takes care of his mother there and doesn't even work there. The first week they make it like everything is great but the longer you stay it changes. Every time I went to visit the only person there was the cook. They have invalids their that are bedridden so I wonder who takes care of them all the time. Maybe that is why the son s there taking care of his mother. The owner/caretaker of this place is rude and I would never recommend this place for any relative. I would definitely check into a different place.
