I ordered a duvet cover based on the review comments. I received the product and got the shock of my life. I received such a pathetic and poor/cheap quality product in sgd 150. When I googled, the same product is available for $16 on other websites. The product received is synthetic, spots on it, color is faded and finishing is pathetic to an extent that the cover is not cut straight, not even interlocked. They are not even replying to emails now and not giving me a full refund. The product is not even 1% near to the pic shown. Ask me for pics and that would speak on its own. They would not even allow giving review comments and upload pics on their website allowing them to cheat others.

Could you please take some strict action and take this on an urgent basis. These people are very unethical. They have disabled the review comments on their website and have removed all my comments from all other social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and their own website. They have no right to disable and delete the customer's review comments. They are looting people by showing tempting pics and selling a very cheap product of less than $10 for more than $150. And if consumers complaint - they would not reply and disable/delete all comments. I am afraid that they are fooling maybe thousands of people on an everyday basis like this. I have all the email conversations recorded and happy to share when needed.
