Care One Wall review: Neglect of my mother Bernice Sesler

My mother came to Wall from Monmouth Medical Center on Jan 16. The front desk told me my mother is going to a contamination areas with patients who have been in the hospital and exposed to Covid. I was upset and said why because my mother does not have Covid so why put her there and I did not want my mother to stay there. Amanda the social came out and ASSURED ME that no one had Covid in that area and it’s like a holding area to see if any patient comes down with it. She assured me that my mother would be ok and no Covid in that area. Six days later I wanted my mother out of there. She was very unhappy. Things would go on there and the nurse would not report it. They barely answer the phone to find out about loved ones. I got a recording within the 6 days that an exploit got Covid and left the floor. I ask if that employ worked with mu mom and could not get anyone to call me back after leaving that message. We’ll my mother wanted to come home so I set up arrangement. Common sense would tell this facility to make sure my mom is okay to leave and test her. Well they did not test her and sent her home with Covid. The family had no idea she had Covid until my mother ended right back in Monmouth medical the next day. She was positive in the hospital the next day. Care one sent a Covid patient home and my mother died 2 days later and EVERYone Who cared for her that one night and more at home had Covid. 9 people in my family had Covid because of care ones lies about catching Covid then sending her home and did not tell the family. This is negligence and this is not over. How dare the send a Covid. My mother is dead and we all are fighting to live. I want to file a complaint and planning to get legal representation involved.
