I took my Polo there last week for a major service, when I got my car back from them the ABS warning light went on and stays on, the car vibrates when I drive and it never used to do that, there's also a funny noise coming from the engine, it sounds like the engine is loose and it's banging again's something under the hood, the brakes also makes noise.
We took our car to them in January 2021 and now it is July 26 2021, thet have been fully paid but we still don't have the car and don't have a clear story on what might be wrong with the car, the car was moving well when we took it in to be fixed because it had a hard start but now we are hearing that it needs to be towed to those people they have outsourced and the manager just said " he is not in our shoes so he cannot imagine how difficult our life is without the car" yaco the manager has a very bad service
