I want to file a criminal charge against Hospitals or nurses for concealment for death of my son because no lawyer or hospital would help me at the time.

I would like the names of the nurses on duty in below information

in May 2016

I called 911 to get help for my son Ryan Plaster who was not responding at my home.

I followed the ambulance to Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee Florida.

I talked to the nurse who had signed him in and I ask her how he was doing.

She made a comment that still bothers me to this day.

"That's what he gets for drinking because the responders found a liqueur bottle in the room where he was"

The problem was she was assuming since the bottle was mine and not my sons.

I stayed by my sons bed and on many times and for many hours he was in severe pain.

Many times in many hours I begged the nurses to come to his room because something was wrong

but they said he probably just wanted pain pills that were not due and they didn't have

time to check on him. They thought he was just drunk because of the statement the

the responders and ER nurse had made.

After 3 or 4 hours I went into the hall and yelled for a nurse to go in his room to check on him because I could see how much pain he was in.

She wasn't happy but she went in and then a few moments later a half dozen nurse ran to his room.

They wheeled him out of the room and rushed him to another area to see the doctor.

The doctor came out to talk to me and said there was nothing they could do now because the bleeding in his brain had gotten to severe. If they would looked at him when I first told them the bleeding may have stopped

I was told nothing could be done for him now and he should be taken off life support.

I'm not looking for sympathy and only hoping someone or place could be held responsible or someone who reads this will look closely how their love one is being taken care of

my son died because the hospital staff assume he was drunk.

You can't imagine what I went through for hours watching my son in pain that could have been avoided. If you can't help me maybe you can let me know who can because I tried in past and have been living with the guilt for all these years that I ended up killing my son by taking him off life support. I 72 years old and you may be my last chance. He had 2 daughters he loved alot but were children at the time and I didn't want them to know the suffering he had before he died so I didn't tell them til now. I don't think there should be a statue of limitations for letting someone die in your care. Nobody wanted to listen to me at the time lawyers or hospital. Dr Geers put the cause of death as natural which I know isn't true if the nurses would have told him they waited too long. I'm not asking anything for my self accept peace of mind but since the girls didn't know what happened maybe they could get something. I'm willing to pay if you can look into it and I just want them to admit it. I have 1245 pages for medical records from the hospital about his medical treatment but isn't what all happened. So there had to be concealment because there is NO record of the nurses behavior in his Medical records

Desired outcome: someone to take responsibility for his daughters peace of mind because they were children at the time
