Capital Brands (DTC) review: nutribullets

I ordered two nutribullets on April 2019 but I got sick and decided to send the Nutribullets back. I tried to get in touch with the company but, each time I called the 1 - 800 number by nutribullet I was told by different reps to called 3 - 4 different 1 - 800 numbers to called when I was trying to send the box back unopened. My husband and I tried to find out what address we needed to send the Nutribullets back but was unsuccessful! I find out how to email the company to let them know we had sent the box back unopened to the address that was on the box because we couldn't reach anyone by phone! That was 6 - 14 - 2019. My husband and I are trying to get our money back! We have the receipt on how much we paid to shipped the Nutribullets back! And the tracking number.
