Lies about guaranteed christmas delivery
Ordered 3 canvases 12/10/19 with guaranteed christmas delivery on their website (with free shipping fee because of how much I spent). I was so excited. It was suppose to ship from miami to sacramento. As of yesterday, 12/22, the ups tracking says it's in jacksonville, florida. I have emailed them via their website to ask if I can upgrade shipping, I would be willing to pay extra. But I have had no response. I have also called their phone number several times but no one answers. After their recording that says they are very busy, the call is automatically put on hold with music. I have waited between 25-45 minutes, nobody ever answers. I am very disappointed in this company and I am frankly worried to see what kind of product I will be receiving, if it ever arrives, based on their horrible lack of customer service. I'm not sure how they have so many positive comments here, unless it is all fake reviews.
