Back in March I noticed all of a sudden none of my scheduled posts showed up onto canva content calendar. Before I asked why, I didn't everything I knew how and everything their help page said to do. then I contacted customer service who assumed I didn't do anything and I had to do everyhting again AND I recorded myself doing everything and sent it to them. They just have no idea why. sorry, not sorry. They didn't care. I switched to Later. But now, I go into design some posts, and after I didn't the designs I thought, lets try the calendar again. Nope, failed. Then I go back to the calendar. All designs are going AND now my account is deleted and all my work from the last 3 years is gone.
Claimed loss: Every single design from 3 years ago. Canva has been taking my money for years. And now all of a sudden, gone.
Desired outcome: I want to talk to someone in Canva. I was told there was no possible way to make that happen. I want someone in canva support to call me.
