CanadaPetcare.com review: Trifexis

I ordered trifexis from canadapetcare.com and they sent comfortis. When I called to ask for the correct product they told me in the UK comfortis is trifexis I confirmed with my vet it is not I called back and requested the correct order trifexis. I was told when I returned their shipping error of comfortis I would be given a refund. After much argument they finally agreed to send a prepaid shipping label to return the product and then they Would consider a refund. I'm not very trusting I will get my refund. The invoice says trifexis and canadapetcare.com has a 100% satisfaction guarantee they need to make this right and make it easy on the customer.
