I am very disappointed. Our Toyota RAV4 Hybrid is less than a year old and my wife went in to have the tires rotated. The dealer tried to sell her on over $500 of "dealer recommended" maintenance work which is well above and beyond what Toyota recommends. She declined then received a text "Needs immediate attention!" trying to sell the most expensive services ( battery fan cleaning, alignment). She felt bad so agreed to have it done. Then there was a "hazardous waste removal and shop fee" add on (we had no oil change, no new tires, no hazardous waste or shop material required). I called and was told "we add this charge to every service call" This type of upselling, non-disclosure of arbitrary fee add-ons, and electronic bullying is unacceptable
Desired outcome: refund shop charge and disclose all "dealer recommended" services and respect customer when they decline a service.
