I simply asked if they were open due to the Coronavirus so I can cancel my order

Crap product and TERRIBLE service

I purchased a fragrance oil from Camden-Grey that did not smell at all as it had been described. To the extent that I wrote to them asking if the bottle might have been mislabeled. The owner, Vivian Garcia, ignored me for a couple of weeks before finally telling me I would have to mail back a sample of the oil. I complied with this request, and was then ignored for months.

Finally, I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau and to post negative reviews online. Vivian responded to this by launching into a campaign of insults, calling me an idiot, and ignoramous, and a donkey. Yes, the owner of this company called me a DONKEY for simply expecting that she deliver the product that she promised.

I am not the only customer who has had negative experiences with Camden-Grey Essential Oils. You can read more reports at:

The owner always becomes beligerent and insulting to customers who are dissatisfied, instead of simply trying to make the situation right. I would never recommend buying anything from Camden Grey. There are plenty of suppliers of higher quality products who will not insult you.

    Except for the facts that 1) Vivian has never insulted me (she simply seems to have dropped off the face of the earth) and 2) we have been long-time customers with Camden Grey who have hit the point of spending thousands of dollars each year, our situation is practically identical. We received the wrong oil. We emailed. Vivian emailed back. We sent a sample to her. We heard nothing. We wrote. We got the "been out of the office - will check my desk for your sample today" email. We heard nothing ever again. Because we order for our business, we are out around $250 for this essential oil.

    We will never buy from Camden Grey again and strongly discourage anyone else from buying from them. We loved doing business with them until there was a problem. And the fact that they have treated us as they have proves that their poor customer service extends to long-time customers as well as to newbies.

    I have just gone through the most shocking experience with Camden- Grey's extract. I will never buy from that company again. I order Grapefruit Seed extract which is a natural preservative that I have used for 8 years but what they sent me was something completely different. My products went moldy in 3 days. I have never had a problem like this before and I advise Camden’s to have stricter quality controls in place. After reading all the complaints about Camden- Greys poor customer service I am sure I will get no assistance for all my loses to date and I have no time for negatively from a company who doesn't look after their customers.

    After complaining about my extensive online order being erased not once, but twice and my strongest word of displeasure was to say my online experience with Camden Gray pretty much sucked, this was the reply I got from Vivian. -

    Please take your business along with your potty mouth elsewhere, we have no interest at all in dealing with problematic and foul-mouthed customers such as you.

    It seems you have confused the term 'good' as in 'good customer'. Perhaps you could be a 'profitable' customer, but 'good'? A 'good' customer doesn't behave in the manner in which you've come across in this email. A person cannot be 'good' while being insulting and foul mouthed at the same time.
