I purchased a fragrance oil from Camden-Grey that did not smell at all as it had been described. To the extent that I wrote to them asking if the bottle might have been mislabeled. The owner, Vivian Garcia, ignored me for a couple of weeks before finally telling me I would have to mail back a sample of the oil. I complied with this request, and was then ignored for months.
Finally, I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau and to post negative reviews online. Vivian responded to this by launching into a campaign of insults, calling me an idiot, and ignoramous, and a donkey. Yes, the owner of this company called me a DONKEY for simply expecting that she deliver the product that she promised.

The owner always becomes beligerent and insulting to customers who are dissatisfied, instead of simply trying to make the situation right. I would never recommend buying anything from Camden Grey. There are plenty of suppliers of higher quality products who will not insult you.
