Cal Am Properties is not the company you can trust. When I came to them and told about my uncertainty in home buying-selling they gave me advice - to wait. This advice cost me $5000! If I didn’t believe them I will even get profit. Not recommended!

I was told if I continue to feed cats outside my home I will be evicted. A threat! These people think they have power. They threaten and scare tactics. But then I guess the owner of Cal Am real piece of work. Good luck ever trying to make a difference. Great country we live in.
Company is kicking a women with 5 kids to the street . They dont work with you. The office Manager is a lier & disrespectful man . Called my husband a stupid spike and that he was going to get our house . He"s trying Hard . I will be getting a lawyer and I'll be seeing you in court.
