Caffe Teatro review: Vegan grilled cheese

On April 9, 17 & 28, 2023 I purchased a Vegan Grilled Cheese (“VGC”) Sandwich from Cafe Teatro located at Wynn/Encore. First time my blood pressure elevated. Second time same thing. On 4/28/2023 I asked to see their ingredient list for their VGC which shows clarified BUTTER. I attempted to resolve this with Teatro but was met with nothing but LIES. First "Mary" told me the chef said their butter is Vegan because they use Earth Balance ("EB") butter which has clarified butter in it. When I informed Teatro that I went to EB's website and no where in their ingredients is clarified butter stated, and further, clarified butter comes from cows and is NOT Vegan! Mary then turned the matter over to manager "Ashley" who contradicted Mary’s statement and told me their list of clarified butter is a simple "typo". I said a typo is one misplaced/erred letter, not TWO INCLUSIVE WORDS! I told Ashley they should be grateful I brought the matter to their attention rather than telling boldface, disrespectful lies. Ashley then demanded that I search for all 3 original receipts before they would issue a refund. I told Ashley I'd have to search one hour or more to find them and asked if she would accept bank statements and compare my statements to her records which will prove my payments, to which she refused. I have suffered seizures wherein paramedics were summoned when I eat non-vegan food. Ashley refused to give me a refund. Clearly, I was defrauded. Teatro fails to realize the seriousness of defrauding customers by not listing true and/or harmful ingredients in food. Further Teatro’s team are a bunch of pathological liars.
